Play the following levels in 'Story Mode', using the medium difficulty setting, to unlock the respective characters in 'Arcade Mode':
1853 Wild West: The Colonel.
1895 Notre Dame Paris: Notre Dame.
1920 Aztec Ruins: Stone Golem.
1932 Chicago: Big Tony.
1972 Atom Smasher: Khallos.
1990 Oblask Dam Siberia: Mutant TimeSplitter.
2019 NeoTokyo: Sadako.
2280 Planet X: Ozor Mox.
2315 Robot Factory: Machinist.
2401 Space Station: Reaper Splitter.

Play Anaconda Mini-Game
Play the 1990 Oblask Dam Siberia level using the normal difficulty setting. Cross the dam and go a building with lots of shelves. Here you will find an item which resembles a game cartridge. Pick up the item, then in your inventory, hightlight the cartridge and press A to play.

Unlock Duckman Drake
First you need to go to 1 player arcade. Then go to arcade league. After that get to honorary league, as soon as you get to Outnumbered but never outpunned, do the one that says someone has got to pay, get a silver or higher, on that mission and you get Duckman Drake.
